Staff was able to move the 3rd floor room to the second floor with the rest of us. We were scheduled for two rooms and the staff gave us a third room. Pool looked like it had water issues, carpets were worn. Couch in one room was torn. Rooms were clean. "

"Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party."
