Excellent facility, specious and comfy, the appliances were used and not very hygienic and in need of a deep clean.
Staff are very friendly, this was my 2nd year of coming to Farnborough and staying at HQ I will still book again next year.

Decor, hotel quality, and cleanliness was excellent. Lots of great amenities included. Guest service was friendly and efficient. Important to note that there is no elevator. Also, glassed in bathroom was not very private and sound through ceiling and room door was very noticeable.

We booked a last minute get away. Staff friendly and breakfast was good. Not a lot of staff around the dining area, which would have been helpful when coffee machine failed. Our room felt a little run down (stayed in different building to the main house) - no bedside table on one side, showed signs of tiredness in the decor and kept awake due to squeaky floorboards in the room above us. Good value for money.
