"The room was very clean, adequate and certainly befitted our needs. The staff were most helpful, particularly the waiter called Andy whose sense of humour kept us entertained at breakfast. The small pool was a bonus. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not in use whilst we stayed at the Brunswick Hotel."

"This was the second time me and my partner have stayed at the Q hotel. Overall everything is great - staff lovely and easy to chat too, location and great walking distance. "

"We had a room with balcony and sea view which was excellent. Breakfast was very good, cooked items could sometimes have been a little better ( compared with previous visit in 2024), and the same goes for the dinner on a few occasions. But overall the standard is high. Staff all friendly, professional and helpful. A lift would be helpful"

"Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. The home owners were very apologetic (no-one's fault) and did all they could and we managed boiling some water in the kettle.We did enjoy our stay, thank you."

"On the whole defo 5*! Great location and views. Very friendly staff. Has Indoor swimming pool and we had Breakfast included. Has a bar / lounge area and a welcome feel. Will mention rooms and hotel are a bit dated and onsite parking but limited. But I don’t think they pretend to be a modern hotel. "
