"The room is modern, clean and the over all area feels super safe. Great service. Our bartender Ryan awesome mixologist."

"There was no soap, towels, wash cloth and mold on the bed. Also, toilet didn't work and hair in the tub. "

"The rooms need updating. Bed sheets had stains on them, very gross. Hotel company needs to fumigate rooms, saw several roaches in the room."

"While this is a pet friendly hotel, and I am a pet owner, I prefer not to stay in a room with pet fur laying everywhere when the room should be cleaned between guests' stay. There were signs that there was renovation taking place but that's no excuse for a dirty room from pet fur. The elevator was in a dilapidated state and one night it was not working and I was staying on the 6th floor, so up 6 flights of stairs I went."

"The pool and hot tub were not available. Neither had been cleaned and had dirt and leaves in them. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner. We asked for an extra blanket but none was available. Location was great and the staff was helpful and courteous. "

"Clean and comfortable rooms. The kitchen/bedroom layout was perfect. Well set up. There was a little street noise but I wear ear plugs, so not a problem for me. 2 choices of pillow types which was helpful. I streamed Netflix and relaxed. Perfect downtown location. "
