Rooms are very cold! Heat doesn’t warm room up. Everything else was great!

Location is excellent and rooms are clean but the place had spotty wifi and shower water would go cold randomly. We never got the complimentary breakfast

When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works! The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.

Very clean. Courteous staff. Close to the Lufthansa express bus drop point.
