The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very warm or inviting. Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience.
I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. I waited about 10 minutes for service and was never acknowledged or helped. Better attention to guests in both the lobby and bar areas would go a long way toward matching the quality of the accommodations.
