"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was amazing from top to bottom. Clean, kitchen was fully loaded, new appliances, pool and hot tub were unique, nice lanai, doggie doors were a nice addition. This was a true oasis with all the finishing touches, including pool accessories too. Neighborhood was quiet and more walks were pleasant! The ground owls were so cute. We’ve been to many rentals and this was perfect. Not one complaint. We plan to come back for sure!"

"The owners were very good about correcting things that were wrong. The kitchen faucet needed replacing, the beach umbrella was broken, most of the towels were stained and/or ripped, the pool chairs and tables were damaged and unusable. The cushions on the outside chairs were stained. The primary bath has a hole in the drawers liked someone kicked it in. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The house is run down and the furnishings are as well. I’m sorry, we wouldn’t stay threre again but the owners were very nice."

"This was the perfect house for us for spring break. We vacationed with another family and found it had ample room and space for all. The location could not have been better - quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the nearby beach area. Kayaks were awesome and we even did a little bit of fishing. Would definitely go back. "

"We loved the house. Family of 9. Very clean. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The lanai view was awesome and kept out the bugs. Ken was super responsive and took care of a problem super fast. We were impressed. The house had everything we needed. We would love to return. "

"This property fit our family of 12 needs perfectly with large, spacious rooms, a large swimming pool which was used constantly. The older kids fished off the dock a lot and caught a variety of fish from catfish to a stingray. There were also many seahorses hanging around the vegetation which they caught with wire nets. The kitchen was spacious with a large pantry and plenty of seating. The living room was also spacious.We will definitely stay at this house when we return to Ft. Myers."

"We overall had a great experience and the house provided lots of fun for our friends and family. The pool was an absolute hit among all! It provided a great place to play games, be outside but not always in the direct sun and it was clean and warmed to perfection! The location was also ideal, close enough to the beach but also a great place to wind down after being on the go around the area. Definitely would recommend to others looking for a great spot to hang, make memories and escape for a bit! "
