Stunning detached villa with sea view, beautiful landscaped gardens, A/C & wifi

This villa is located in a peaceful residential area called Zafiro which is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 15 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.
Villa set in a small, quiet development just a few meters from Vicks Hotel , with a beautiful Chill out bar open to public as well all their services. This lovely property has been furnished tastefully.
The master bedroom with kingsize bed with its own ensuite marble bathroom with a door leading to the pool area.
Second bedroom with a double bed and 3º bedroom with 2 single beds.
A second full bathroom with walking shower.
The chic lounge has a large flat screen Satellite TV and patio doors lead to the electrically heated pool and terrace for sun bathing.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine can be found in the utility room.
Outside you will find the alfresco dining area with seating for 6 people canarian BBQ ideal for relaxing with a cool drink while the chef of the house is manning the BBQ.
Linen, bath/hand/ and beach/pool towels are all provided and also an hairdryer is supplied for your convenience.
Pool size: approximately 8m x 4m, ranging from 1.2m to 1.75m in depth with Roman steps to enter.
Pool heating will run from November to April. Outside this period will have an additional cost of 120€/ week.
This villa comes with WiFi included at no extra cost.

Great Holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was well-equipped and located in a quiet, lovely area. We loved the heated Pool.The host Rainiero was incredibly friendly, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would definitely choose to vacate here again!

What a gem of a place this is! Rainiero has thought of everything you could possibly need even down to toiletries, which I have never experienced in any other villa. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. The villa is in a peaceful location, with a beautiful sea view

Lovely villa

Lovely spacious and comfortable villa.Lots of options for seating outside in the landscaped gardens around the pool. We loved the sheltered outside dining area and the roof top terrace. Rainiero was a fantastic host and provided a great welcome pack and all necessities such as soap, washing up liquid etc. we are returning next year!

Lovely Villa

Once again a great holiday at this fantastic villa. This villa had everything you could wish for in a holiday home, from great sea views from the balcony to a spacious pool and pool area with landscaped gardens. Comfortable beds and seating. Just a great villa in a good location, and a very welcoming host. We hope to return.

Totally relaxing.

From start to finish - great. The owner was really helpful and responded to any questions/ requests very quickly. He kept us informed of anything we needed to know. He even organised our return airport transfer for us. Thanks. Very comfortable villa. Had all we needed. Great restaurants, supermarket and good coastal walks nearby. Excellent swimming pool!! Would very happily go back. Recommend wholeheartedly!!!

Fantastic Villa!!

Absolutely loved our stay in this stunning villa, the pictures really don't do it justice. Very clean, quite spacious and wonderfully decorated. And the outside is fantastic, with a pool and good mix of places to sunbath and get in the shade, with a roof terrace for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Set in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, with a 5-10 minute walk to some local shops and a 30-40 minute to the main area of Playa Blanca, but we hired a car which I would recommend. The host was lovely, really friendly with a nice welcome pack and some advice for the local restaurants, and good communication throughout. Thoroughly recommend this place, would book again

Ideal Holiday Villa

The villa was exactly as advertised, spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The grounds are very attractive and the heated pool was properly heated. The property benefits from a nice balance of sun and shade, we enjoyed all of our meals in the covered dining area. The plot is completely private with very little possibility of being overlooked. We were there for a month and could definitely have stayed longer. The owner Rai responded to all our requests very quickly and he left us a very nice welcome pack. Best memory - having a Gin and Tonic on the roof terrace watching the sunset.

Really lovely, well-appointed villa with comfortable furnishings and a fantastic host.The bedrooms are all air conditioned with TVs, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space.The kitchen is furnished with all you need and more.There is a lovely dining room and no need to come home to a massive laundry operation as there is a washing machine and air dryer. Great tv assortment of channels and movies and series in the delightful living room.Best of all, the outdoor space is well planned and so enjoyable. The heated pool is a must and the daybed is wonderful and provides a bit of shade. Loungers are fab for tanning and enjoying the sun.There is a shaded and sheltered area for respite from the wind that we took most of our meals at. Just lovely.We also enjoyed the roof top terrace views and evening morning gentle sun.It's a superb villa.I gave 4 stars for location as the Zafiro development is lovely, but it is slightly out of the way and close to a less nice area. There is a handy row of restaurants and supermarkets about 3 mins drive away.We had a fabulous week and would recommend this lovely place for relaxation and fun.Raniero, our lovely host, was very helpful, very responsive and his welcome and instructions package was the best I've seen.

Lovely property and very helpful owner...

Would just point out that we only do reviews for people that provide exceptional service. Rainiero was on hand to help with any issue, large or small. Our only disappointment was that it was more difficult than we thought to walk along the coastal path, or indeed to the shops/restaurants @ Calle Irlanda, so for anyone other than super-fit hikers [probably 😉], we would regard a car as essential. Once again, thanks to Rainiero for his help, particularly for sorting out the pool heating...we had no idea it wasn't working properly. We would certainly choose this property again if we holiday in Playa Blanca.

10 Day Stay late October

Just returned from staying at this beautiful Villa in Lanzarote. It was our first time visiting Lanzarote and we didn’t really know what to expect. We usually take our holidays in the summer months but this year we had to cancel our holiday last minute due my fathers bad health. We chose Lanzarote for the sun and just to relax after a tough few months. It was booked late August the owner, Rainiero, got in touch via whatsapp to introduce himself and arrange what time we would be flying in and give instructions on how to access the property. The villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, it was extremely clean and the furnishing was a tasteful and comfortable, we also felt safe in the villa. Rainiero visited just after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed and was very helpful by giving us advice and suggestions on places to shop and eat. Lanzorote was a lot quieter than previous places we have visited but the island is beautiful and we hope to return another year. If the villa is available we would definitely try book to stay in Rainieros villa again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay.

Had a wonderful holiday. Host was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. Villa in a lovely quiet area with some really nice bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Would definitely consider returning. Best Villa we’ve stayed at.

Our host Rainiero made sure that we had everything we required when staying at this excellent villa. Instructions how to gain entry to the villa was easy to understand the same when leaving. The Villa was super clean and the facilities offered were first class. The pool heating was well worth the money paid. I just can't rate this villa high enough. Stayed here with my wife and daughter. Quiet area.

We have just enjoyed two weeks at the villa & would of loved to stay longer , its spotlessly clean & extremely comfortable . The villa is in nice quiet location & within walking distance of local bars , restaurants & shops . Lovely villa

Perfect property for our family holiday. Clean, spacious with everything we needed. The children loved the pool and the roof terrace was great for a view of the sunset. Rainerio was also very helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Great villa everything you need for a great stay. Loads of tv channels and wifi to keep the kids happy. Heated pool was great as well. 10 min walk to several places to eat and a supermarket. Car is a good idea to get about.

What an excellent find. From the moment we booked there was excellent communication with the owner, nothing was too much trouble , very quick to respond to messages. The villa was stunning , very homely, spotlessly clean , every thing you needed to have a fantastic relaxing break . If you want peace and quite then I would definitely recommend this villa

First of all thank you Rainiero, the villa and pool was perfect, amazing, relaxing and we had a fantastic holiday. Rainiero was great in all our dealings with him, even waited on us giving us perfect directions. Shops nearby, plus restaurants. I would definitely recommend this villa. Outstanding.

Lovely villa in a quiet location.

Four adults shared this lovely villa for 8 nights. Great heated swimming pool beautifully clean lovelt terrace with veiws over the sea, well appointed kitched and a great TV entertainment system. The hot water ran out on us after 2 quick showers and we were not sure of the cameras in the alarm system, but otherwise everything was excellent

Excellent and accurate description of property and area

The villa was very well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. The garden and pool area are very attractive and completely private. The location felt safe and well cared for and was quiet. Proximity to shops, restaurants and lovely walks along the cliffs or into Playa Blanca town made this an ideal location for us. It felt away from the crowds but close enough to the town for the more commercial facilities. Communication with our host was first class, with suggestions for things to do and places to eat!
