Modern, new hotel. Excellent friendly service. Lovely pool area with plenty of comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

Really clean, well maintained modern hotel. Gym needs to be extended, there are not enough machines and you or someone else is usually waiting. There should also be a note left in room telling you not to use the tap water for the kettle or coffee machine, we only found out by asking and wer e told under no circumstances to use it. If it is that important, it needs to be noted.

Lovely stay in H10. Very relaxing 5 days. Excellent food choice. Staff are very friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

We (older couple) loved the location of the Hesperia on the edge of a small, compact and beautiful marine village of Puerto Calero. We really enjoyed our room 546-lovely views. The easy access for walks out towards Playa Quemada or back towards Puerto del Carmen was a great feature. Breakfast buffet -- delicious and varied. Lay-out of hotel very spacious and tastefully done. Disappointed that reception staff were unable to facilitate visit to Teguise market on Sunday-said bus was full!!

Lovely,modern hotel on the Promenade. Rooms are lovely & have everything you could need. Complex is large & very well laid out. Would definitely recomnend this hotel!

What a stunning hotel and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade when I arrived. The hotel, the rooms and pool areas are all very modern and it is in a gorgeous location. It is more suitable to adults rather than children (entertainment) but the 7 pools and slides in one of the pools is great for the kids. The only negative was the service in the buffet restaurant - they didnt seem to have a lot of staff so it was hard to get a drink and it seemed a little disorganised for a 5 star hotel.

We just love flamingo beach group hotel. its our favourite location in Lanzarote. Long beautiful promanade walks, 5 swimming pools and a beach. Excellent accomodatiin. So clean. Some electrical appliences replaced since we were there last. Beautifully kept gardens and flowers. Ferry to Feurtaventura within walking distance. Food unbelievable in the area. Great choice of restaurants within 20 minute walk. We willbe teturning again soon.

I loved the Italian food night yesterday! The fagottini with ham and the ravioli with pesto were amazing. Also, cleaning and service have been always excellent. I will book again in the near future. Thank you, I really enjoyed the experience.

Hotel was excellent but the weather was disappointing.Wifi in our room was extremely poor and most of the time was non existant.We would have appreciated a better view but then again we didn't request this at time of booking

Excellent in every way especially the reception staff and Joanne in particular. Location is about 15 minute walk to the beach we knew that before we booked. There are no sea views and for us that would be the only drawback.Otherwise I could not recommend it enough

Everywhere was spotless, the staff were friendly, we were self catering so we didn't eat in the restaurants but there was so many to choose from. It was lovely to just walk around the grounds, they were so well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay :)

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile that continued throughout our stay. Rooms were really nice - spacious and like the entire resort, spotlessly clean. The food was of excellent quality and service was really good. We ate here event night, despite thinking we might go elsewhere for a change. But the food was so good, it was hard to venture out elsewhere. Pool was lovely - very clean and heated, making it ideal for a swim at any time. Comfortable sun loungers and peace...

Bright sunny room 3rd floor overlooking the beach.A bottle of champagne on ice,2small bottles of red wine and fruit bowl greeted us on arrival. There were 2 sun loungers for our use on the veranda,also slippers and robes. The air conditioning was very welcome. Terrific food at all mealtimes plenty of choice for everyone. Bus stop across the road and taxis are cheap.

3rd time staying here and would highly recommend these apartments. Stayed here for 8 nights in one of the 2 bed villas. Reception on arrival was great and the apartments are lovely (even though we didn't stay in one of the refurbished units. My only gripe is the cost of wifi = €8 a day

I was very impressed with H10 Ocean Dunas. Lovely, clean and modern. The rooms are actually very big too. The atmosphere inside the hotel is very chill but straight outside there are loads of bars and restaurants. Best of both worlds. The beach is just around the corner too. I would highly recommend this hotel.
