Sunrise 2 | Stylish 3-bedroom villa with private pool

Sunrise 1 and Sunrise 2 are two semi-detached villas with a modern and luxurious feel. Divided in two floors, the main floor of each house features an open plan kitchen equipped with all mod cons and a beautifully decorated living room with wide glass windows that give access to an al-fresco dining area, terrace and the pool. In the same floor, we will also find a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ample master bedroom, which also has fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a sliding door to outdoor seating and pool area. In Sunrise 2, the master bedroom also has an impressive panoramic window to the Ajaches mountains. A shared bathroom in the hallway, equipped with a walk-in shower, completes the upstairs layout.

The lower level of the villas is accessible through stairs conveniently located in each pool area, from which we enter a self-contained apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with two single beds, facing a beautiful underground garden.

The ample terraces of Sunrise 1 & 2 are presided by their respective private swimming pools of 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth of 1,60, but with a shallower platform of 2 square metres that will not only enable suntanning on top of the water, but also as an area for parents to play with the smaller children. Each pool has a pool cover and is heated via aerothermia during the winter months. The large outdoor dining-table in each terrace can comfortably host up to 8 guests, and is located under a pergola attached to the houses. Also in each terrace, we will find an outdoor sofa and seating area, as well as modern sunbeds where you will enjoy many hours of Lanzarote sun. An oasis of peace surrounded by a luscious garden, and the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday in our beautiful island.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre of Playa Blanca, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. The closest beach is Playa Dorada, also a 15 minute walk away. A taxi back from the town centre will be less than 5€ and a few minute drive.

Amazing Villa

Our Family of 5 really enjoyed our 1 week stay, the Villa was very well equipped and exactly as described - luxurious, spacious and the amenities were high end. The Pool area is stunning, very private and relaxing, gets the sun all day. The location is great, only a short walk to bus station/beach/marina. The staff are super friendly and efficient, met all our needs via the whatsapp guest area…and the Welcome Pack was a very lovely gesture…would highly recommend.

Excellent villa.

This was our second time at this villa and it never fails to produce a safe and ideal venue for our annual break. We always hire a car in order to visit other places but the location of the villa has easy walking access to either Marina Rubicon or Casa Blanca - perfect. The supermarkets are brilliantly stocked with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We really cant fault this villa and the staff are exceptional. Thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone. We will be back with no hesitation.

Amazing Villa

We stayed at Sunrise for a week in February and the villa did not disappoint. Check in was smooth with the key box and communication between ourselves and the host was quick. We were greeted by a welcome hamper and stocked fridge with all the supplies we needed to get started, including a couple of San Miguel’s! Facilities at the villa were perfect, providing everything we needed for our stay. Location is quiet, although a 25 minute walk to the marina area. It does have an Aldi supermarket nearby which is handy. If we return to Playa Blanca we will definitely be staying here again.

Relaxing, clean, modern villa

This was a relaxing, clean, modern property with a spacious outdoor area. The pool was lovely and warm with beautiful views over the mountains and the garden was well maintained. The property feels very secure and private. As someone else mentioned, the third bedroom is accessed down some separate steps outside so probably not suitable for younger children but would be great for older children/adults. The staff were very friendly and responded to our questions quickly. Would recommend getting a hire car as the property is in a more residential area, though it would be possible to walk to the shops/seafront if you don't mind a longer walk. There are a number of lovely local beaches to choose from all with plenty of free parking nearby.

A great Villa!

We really enjoyed our week away in Lanzarote. The villa was exactly as it was advertised.Facilities were great, all you needed was in place regarding hair dryers, iron and ironing board etc. I would recommend to anyone if they want a fantastic place to stay in playa Blanca!

Perfect holidays in a dream villa

The villa was perfect, ever nicer and better that shown in photos. Everything was new and clean, no insects at all. We enjoyed a lot the pool and barbaqueu area, perfect for staying with children. All the staff made all the efforts for assuring a great stay, and they got it, specially I would like to thank to Echedey that was very kind with all the family. They gave us a Welcome Pack at the check in, with all the food necessary to spend the first days. For sure we will book again with Manuel and all his staff. They made spend a perfect summer holidays for me and all my family.
