Casa Rubicon welcomes you to Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, offering a comfortable 50 sqm villa perfect for up to 6 guests. You will find 3 bedrooms with twin and double bed arrangements and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi for video calls, television, video on demand, washing machine, and coffee machine ensure convenience during your stay. Additional amenities include self check-in and beach towels for your use.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, balcony, and uncovered terrace with beautiful sea views. The private heated pool features electric heating between October and April and a solar pool cover year round, perfect for relaxation. Your private grill provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining.



Parking is available in the street for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The villa is perfectly positioned just a short stroll from the marina, beachfront, and local supermarket in the tranquil El Partidor area, approximately 700 meters from Marina Rubicon.
