"Highlight of this hotel is the rooftop sauna that you can book for a private steam and cold plunge. I booked it during the day, but I’m sure it’s even more spectacular at night."

"Very nice. Helpful staff. Very nice restaurant that you must pay for (not included). Great location just steps away from the train (located across the street), though you cannot hear it. The north side exits out onto a cute little walking street with lots of small vendors/eateries."

Hotel is in immaculate state and the views are amazing from the room (stayed on the 46th floor). The only negative I can think of is that you need one lift to get to the hotel and another to your floor (hotel starts on 19th floor) which can take a while if you're unlucky. Also, nowhere for a taxi to leave you and your luggage meaning you have to get your luggage to the 19th floor yourself from wherever a taxi leaves you.

Chose this hotel because of its location. Very close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Room was clean and quiet. All that you expect from an international hotel chain property. Swimming pool and spa areas are a bit outdated and could use some renovation touches.

Nice hotel. Easy check in and check out. Rooms clean.
Breakfast only ok (typical for Japanese hotels). Excellent cafe for breakfast 10 min walk away (Maze Cafe Terrace).
AC was poor, took it a good 24 hours to cool the room, first night was sticky. Lifts were a nightmare, we were often waiting 5 minutes for a lift, particularly in the morning when housekeeping were using them.

The hospitality from checking in to checking out was superb!! The room was very clean every day. All staff from reception to room cleaners has made us feel comfortable and welcome. Well worth staying and will definitely always use IC Osaka!! The area is also very convenient as shopping and transportation are a few minutes away!

Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is true luxury in every sense. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely views and an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish without feeling overdone.
The service is exceptional — warm, precise, and genuinely attentive. Breakfast is outstanding (one of the best we had in Japan), and the Chinese restaurant and the rooftop bar are absolutely fantastic. Every...
