"We went as two families during Easter weekend. The staff were great! The hotel is in an ideal location, right on the seafront and within minutes of Bournemouth pier, which was great for us as we had lots planned in the area.
The only down side was the breakfast on our second morning, there was a bit of a chaotic feel as the hotel was at full capacity, the staff seemed a little frazzled. There was no food in the buffet when we headed down at 10am, which was ridiculous as there was still an hour of service to go, so we had to stand around waiting for the food to be replenished. We heard quite a few people around us complaining about having waiting 15 mins for pancakes and eggs… then the tables were not being cleaned quickly inbetween so there was a long queue waiting to be seated. When we were, the area around our table was very dirty. They definitely needed more staff if they knew they were at full capacity.
Other than this, we had a great stay. The hotel had put on some fun activities for the children for Easter and there was a hot chocolate station all weekend which the kids loved. The rooms were super clean too and very spacious. We loved our stay and recommended it to our friends who then went the following weekend and had an equally great time."
