"Clean room. Very helpful staff. Great location. The hotel has an onsen which was great after a long day of walking around. We used a service to forward our luggage to Osaka which reception recommended and it was perfect. Luggage arrived earlier than expected in Osaka."

"I was very impressed with the espresso coffee offerings as they had oat milk option. The in lobby production bakery provided extremely fresh tempting items, some warm from the oven and all very fresh. The staff were to best we encountered in Japan. They got us cabs and restaurant reservations to great restaurants. "

"The location is excellent, the staff helpful and attentive and the rooms comfortable and large by Japanese standards. The only negative I saw is that there is a very small lobby and doesn’t appear to be anywhere to store luggage. The lobby was typically chaotic "

"This was our best room while in Japan. As a couple traveling with a teen, the "superior apartment" provided us with a spacious bedroom separated from the living room/kitchen where our daughter slept on the couch which was almost as comfortable as real bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it even features a laundry washing/drying machine. The apartment is well located, the area is quiet but still within walking distance from the animated area of Gionbashi and the metro station. A Family Mart store is literally next door. We had trouble figuring out how to turn on the kitchen's induction stove one evening so we had to contact the staff through their virtual service desk. Someone was here to help us within minutes. Highly recommended."

"The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. The staff was very kind. Only downside is that there was not a laundry machine onsite, but that should not take away anyones decision as there is a uniqlo near by to buy new clothes. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and cannot wait to comeback again. "
