"The staff is great; polite, kind and helpful. The common area is very nice with pleasant music. The room turned out to be much smaller than portrayed in the photos, with only the bed to sit on. It had only one small window towards the room corridor, we kept that closed since whoever passes can see inside. The washroom needs maintenance as the toilet looses water and so does the shower glass so when one showers the water goes everywhere in the washroom. Found it to be overpriced for what it is....

"Hotel was ok. Looking a bit tired after having been here when it first opened about 9 years ago. Breakfast could be improved using local yoghurt & fresh fruit. The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

Also I want to mention that staff are very friendly and helpful!! I had an issue with my payment on check out and Hakan kindly assist me with my problem!!it was very stressful morning for me but he made sure that everything goes well!! Just want to thank u all for a lovely time we had !!"
