"Great staff, very friendly and always willing to help. The room was cleaned daily and sheets changed. The food was great at the Vietnamese restaurant and there are other options for food as well. Will definitely visit again"

"The rooms were clean, pool and water related activities (slides, kid parks, etc.) were good enough. There are a lot of other activies for kid as well. Staffs were nice and helpful. By the way, if you don't plan on going to buffet for dinner, don't get half board. Also, dinner buffet is not the best. Lastly, slide is fun only if your kid is less than than 8 or 9."

"The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment. Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet been furnished. If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway where you can simply relax, this is a good place to stay. However, if you want to experience local food and the local nightlife, I would recommend staying on the mainland instead."

"Rooms need a deep clean, mold can be found in parts of the room including wardrobe. Linen also well passed its use by date and time for a change. Be prepared to smell cigarette smoke in the hallways as there are a lot of tourists from one country that choose to smoke inside their rooms with the doors open. Otherwise rooms are large and clean enough with helpful staff. Just don't expect a 5 star experience as it is a solid 3.5 star intl hotel exp."
