"There is F&B options in the building and dedicated convenient store.
Room is clean and functional. Ice machine and microwave in 2 floors of the building. Totally enough and fair.
There is nothing in the area. which is fine, you come to expect for an airport hotel. Free Shuttle bus was great to visit Narita town and Aeon shopping mall. For some, this is better than crowded tokyo sites.
Great spot for 1-2 night transit/jetlag adjustment. After a 10 plus hour flight, you don't to spend few more hours running around town you are not familiar with and hauling luggage. So a quick airport hotel stay for 1 night recovery is recommended. "

"Many food options since the convenience store was 24 hours and the restaurant ends around 9-9:30pm, for 40-50 dollars a night the bed is not bad, the internet was great 10 out of 10, the transportation was on time a couple of minutes before the scheduled time it was early the whole day except for rush hour which is understandable, there was also a international money exchange machine just in case you came late and couldn’t change your money in the airport, overall I had a pretty good and enjoyable time here and when I come to Japan I’ll definitely get this hotel again."
"Check in was crazy fast. Front desk staff were English speaking which helped a lot. All the staff we communicated with during our stay were so friendly. The gym has really nice machines, very well maintained. The food at the buffet smelled great, we didn’t have time to try it tho. The room was so clean and spacious and we didn’t hear any planes despite being so close to the airport. All in all, I’d definitely book this place again for my future travels. ALSO, FREE bus shuttles to and from the airport! Bus smells nice and feels clean and runs right on schedule. Don’t take taxi, they charged us $20 for a 5 minute ride to the hotel from the airport💀😂 (that was before we realized we could’ve used the Narita Tobu hotel bus that was parked at the airport) Thank you! "It’s a great place to take a break after a long flight with kid. The hotel shuttle bus picking up and dropping off between airport and hotel is the best. Breakfast also included. Room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. Small room."
