I was placed in 3 different rooms bc the first 2 were filthy as well as they “painted” the shower/tub and once showering the paint immediately peeled . You could not cal the front desk bc the phone had no lines to connect to the outlet . The area was shady .. Cops driving by every 5-10 minutes staring at you as if you’re a criminal for staying there . The residents are very unfriendly . Trash everywhere you walk. My daughter left her phone and when we called to make them aware of course they said the housekeeper found NOTHING. This place is beyond

Pulling up to this property our forst impression was not good at all. It was absolutely nothing like the pictures on the booking listing. I walked in, it smelled like cigarettes and was filthy. We decided to check the room before we unloaded the car, the drive to our room was really making us uneasy, bags of garbage all over, people hanging around im the parking lot, not a good impression. Our room was updated and clean, so we stayed. The ONLY good thing. Fast forward for later in the evening after taking our son to bowl and the arcade, we go back to two cop cars cruising the parking lot, people were outside the building drinking and carrying on, no parking because there was an “event”. Went for coffee in the morning, TERRIBLE, walked outside to empty beer cans, glass busyed ALL over the parking lot, garbage everywhere, like the party was outside. Absolutely terrible. Never again would I stay here or recommend anyone else to.

Seemed my first room was slated for the next renovation. Horrible! No opening window, had a sliding glass door that wouldn't open. TV didn't work at all. The smell of carpet cleaner was so bad that I started sneezing immediately and got a headache. The next room was at least a bit cleaner. Looked like it was had a quick renovation. Paint peeling in the tub, again. Window did open this time. A/C sounded like it had a marbles in it! Very noisy! Had the same odor, a bit less powerful but had to open the window to vent the smell. Overall, I wish I didn't make the reservation there.

This is barely a hotel, I'd definitely say it's closer to a motel. Thank god we got a discount here because the prices on their website are ridiculous for what you get. Half of it is redone and while it looks nice you can tell its cheap. The other half looks dated, smells awful, and has stains all over the walls and carpet. The check in area was particularly disgusting. We stayed in renovated area but had water problems the whole time and the free wifi that they advertise did not reach our room. I will say the staff was very nice and accommodating when we lost water in our first room. But at one point we asked for an extra blanket, because the comforter they provide was very thin and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room, and they said that's not soemthing they do and couldn't give us an extra. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to someone else.

The property was very clean and the staff was phenomenal. I stayed for one night and to be honest I didnt expect this facility to be updated and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was better than some of the franchise hotels that I've visted. I do plan on visting again.
