"The suite was really big perfect for my family. Beds was soft and room clean. Only reason i gave 4 stars is because i had issues at check in the lady told me one of my rooms was gone and i only had 2 instead of 3. I kept tell her one of my rooms was in another name. We paid for all three rooms but she was still tell me that the 3 i book was only 2. Yes very confusing and frustrating when we just drove 10 hrs. When we checked out the new lady at the desk said she didn’t know what the issue was but my card i placed on file was on all 3 rooms so they were all mine. Other then that hotel was clean, they only had 1 elevators working but rooms was really nice."

"Clean room -- I wanted to ck in early (was willing to pay) and I was willing to wait in the lobby ... the girl pretty much forgot about me (I had reservations with a special note for early ck in) finally a young man got me in my room quickly. "

"Staying at this property was a truly nostalgic and special experience for our family. Having visited this space back when it was the Nancy Thomas Gallery during our childhood, getting the chance to actually stay here was a unique treat that exceeded all expectations.The home was exceptionally clean and featured comfortable beds, but the real highlight was the outdoor space. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful— and it served as the perfect backdrop for my sister’s pre-wedding photos.We used the property as our "getting ready" home base for the big day, and it couldn't have been more perfect. A huge thank you to the hosts, who were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by planting extra flowers just to ensure the yard was extra vibrant for the wedding pictures. Beyond the aesthetics, the central location was incredibly convenient; it is an easy drive to everything in historic Yorktown and the surrounding areas.We cannot recommend this property enough!"

"Place and room were clean. Room had odd smell, bathroom faucet had no pressure, unable to use and bed was not the most comfotable. On bottom floor, so noise from next room up was very noticeable. For price, you get what you pay for. Convenient to a Walmart and Walgreens. In a pinch, it was satisfactory for a place to stay."

"This host is away nice and accommodating especially with this trip and the lateness check in due to the Auto train for Fla being all screwed up due to the fires that started after we got on the train and had to return to the starting point and start our stay a day and half later than planned."
