The hotel was very upscale and clean. The amenities was great and such a vibe. We absolutely love the rooftop lounge/bar the view was so amazing. Everything was just very amazing and beautiful. The only problem is housekeeping kept trying to enter our room we had to say something multiple times before ...

Lotte New York Palace
My daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at The Lotte New York Palace. We were located in such a perfect area, we never had to Uber, we were able to walk everywhere! And we felt so incredibly safe!
