Visit the High Line and Chelsea Market, which are just steps from each other. The High Line is a rail trail conversion that attracts visitors from all over the world. The eastern side of Chelsea is served by half a dozen trains, though the west side has no train service. Catch a cab on any of Chelsea’s busy streets at any hour, but don’t leave before you’ve seen all this classy neighborhood has to offer.
