"We were very disappointed in our experience, and the unpleasant staff. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that I was unhappy with my stay, and he just looked at me and handed me my receipt. Will be leaving a review on yelp."

"Cute concept, deco, and great location! Amazingly helpful and kind staff. Little things could be touched on. Air conditioner in window worked but the lovely heavy drapes covered it so we had to try to figure out how to drape drapes to sides to keep bright lights out at night. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. We had no bedside tables which could be easily added. The handle on the sink kept falling off, though the sink worked when it was on. Lack of hot water some mornings for showers. The Just an old building - but a great stay overall! Would definitely stay again!"

"We checked in at 2:45 for a 3pm check in and our room was not ready until 4:40 pm. On top of that the elevators in the property do not work and caused us to wait 20-30 minutes every morning. We ended up having to take the stairs multiple times. "

"Everything is great and location is super convenient. Our room is next to the street and had difficult time to sleep for the first night. Next time need to ask for the room not facing the street. "

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado la habitación limpia, el problema es q tienen muy poco personal y el q esta no ayuda en nada. Llegamos con 10 maletas por q estábamos de mudanza. No salio nadie ayudarnos a mi hija y a mi. Nos veían y no hacían nada. Pedí una habitación q decía vista soho pague por eso y la habitación estaba ventana con ventana a un edificio. Lo peor fue la asistencia del personal."
