10/10 Excellent
"Seamless experience throughout my entire stay. The amenities are awesome & staff is extremely attentive. "
"I wanted my daughter’s first trip to NYC to be memorable - and that included where we stayed - so The New Yorker was perfect! It was just what we had hoped for - a piece of history but with all the modern conveniences!
It was also a short walk from the train station when we arrived, we were able to check in easily and felt safe the entire time!
We walked to many attractions and even caught some Ubers very easily!
Highly recommend for a memorable experience!!!"
"Love this place. Was exactly as described. Feels like a cross between a hostel with shared bathrooms and a pod hotel with the privacy. Was quiet overall compared to a hostel, but noisier than a fully self-contained pod hotel. The extra touches made it nicer than either. No real ceiling, more of a trellis. The cleaning staff was present, visible, friendly, and consistent. Great location. Hard to read sign out front until you’ve seen it once. Happy there is a women’s only floor. Thought I would be the oldest person there. Young crowd overall, but saw people in there 50s like me also. Would very happily stay there again. "
"I was attracted to this hotel because of its nautical theme and its location, and I was delighted to discover it is charming inside. The lobby is impressive, and the free continental breakfast offers a generous selection of foods. The room was clean and comfortable, like a cabin on a cruise ship. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering our needs promptly. I would definitely stay here again."
