"Good space "

"Staff was great. Location is perfect , a lot of things are walking distance. Good places to eat within the area. Felt safe walking early morning and late night here , they lock the doors and require you to scan in with your room key. The room was not the cleanest, there was black stuff inside the sink knobs in the restroom. Shower head had black on it along with the shower faucet. The breakfast was a bit misleading , it’s just muffins and bagels but no toaster for the bagels. "

"This is the epitome of, “you get what you pay for and it works very well.” I needed a place by Madison Square Garden that wasn’t too expensive and would act as a place to pass out. All checks for a good price. There’s no elevator, so you have to lug all your stuff up several flights upstairs. Anybody who’s out of shape may want to avoid this place. Room was sufficient, quiet, effective staff, solid location. The room size was reminiscent of a cruise ship. Small and compact. Not good for families or more than two people. "
