"House was great and perfect for our large family of 24. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need. One small wish was a leaf blower or a service that blew leaves off the patio as given the woods it got quite covered and “messy” by the end of the week. We had a wonderful time and they were great hosts."

"This was our third or fourth stay at the Owl's Nest. The house suits our needs very well. The kitchen is well appointed. There are many spaces to gather and chill. The screened porch is especially appreciated. The location is ideal. The shed full of toys and gear for the beach adds to the fun and alleviates the need to transport such things.In Union Pier, we frequent:Whistle Stop Grocery/Coffee ShopTimothy's RestaurantFarmer's market on Saturdays and SundaysMy shoulders relaxed just writing about the place."
Beautiful Lakeside MI vacation home with association beach access - late summer

"This house is located in a perfect spot. Walking distance from the private beach. The surrounding area is also very cute. We took a walk before dinner and looked at all of the cute homes and saw some wild life (two deer and a few bunnies). Jamie was very responsive when I messaged her through the VRBO which I appreciate. The second bathroom is the size of a closet which was not ideal, but we managed. The door with the code is in the back, and the area between the front entrance and the back entrance was very swampy, so we had to slide between the trees and our second car to get to the back door. That was not ideal. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and Jamie was a great hostess!"

"The house was a great fit for our family! The location was perfect and only a few minutes walk to the beach, which was beautiful and so much fun! The house was clean and they had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and accommodating!"

"The home was a perfect size for 6 adults and 2 children. This is our third stay here and it feels like home. Everything is clean and well maintained. The trees and bushes add to privacy and quiet. We had 0everything we needed for a relazing vacation. There was a lot to do in the area including peach picking and the county fair. We tried a different beach Weko beach in an effort to avoid stairs."

"Hosts were very responsive & check-in was easy. Home was clean & great size for our group. Appreciated amenities of towels, toiletries, etc. Screened porches were lovely. Great proximity to beautiful beach. Wonderful neighborhood, lovely walk to nearby sandwiches, ice cream, bakery. Would stay again & recommend to others!"
