"I really enjoyed the accommodations to and from the train station. I really appreciated that the most. The room was clean, and everyone was pretty helpful. However, I don't think it's the best hotel for travelors that don't understand the culture or don't speak Japanese to some degree. I think the amenities are awesome, I just don't think it can be understood easily without more English guidance. For example, the yukata that were near the elevator. Or the rental yukatas in the hotel shop, the sign is in Japanese and looks like merchandise. I only had one major complaint, and it was that the slippers provided were the most painful, uncomfortable slippers I've worn in Japan, and as someone who packed light, I didn't bring my slippers, though I knew better. The breakfast was amazing and the views were really nice. I also liked the welcome reception. I recommend the hotel!"

"The onsen was great, albeit small but at least is provided. The room was clean and they had a charging cable with multiple styles of USBs for your charging needs. Despite the language difference, talking to the staff was great and very helpful providing information of around the area."
