"Amazing respectful and very helpful staff. Great location. Appreciated having drinks in the fridge complimentary and their food was amazing at both restaurants in the resort. Loved the welcoming treat! Beds was a little uncomfortable. Wish amenities like small toothpaste/toothbrush etc was available like the hotels in the U.S. Vending machines would be awesome if they had for the very late night snacks. Came home one day after xcaret almost at midnight and just hungry, but there was no vending machines. Felt a little nervous about walking across the streets for something to snack on but had to."

"The staff is amazing. Playmakers are the reason we come back. They need to invest in room and pool upgrades. I asked to make it special for an anniversary for my man but they seemingly forgot about us, which was too bad. Almost like if you don’t have Premier status they don’t care. But they’re sweet and kind and it’s always a good time if you are willing to make it so! We always come back because the playmakers make you feel like the most important people there regardless of bracelet colour or status."

"The beach is amazing. Very clear water and lots of fishes . It’s a perfect beach for small children , there is no waves or seaweed. Also very convenient hotel for Dolphins activities and Xcaret park. Maybe 5-8 min walk . Lots of animals in the hotel ."
