"Amazing hotel!"

"Great property with smaller rooms but typical for APA. Staff is friendly and extremely courteous. Water station to fill up your water bottles. Very close to Namba station, Dotonbori/ Shinsaibashi area. Very close to Namba YASAKA Shrine (do not mistake for Namba Shrine). Onsen does not allow tatoos which I was a bit sad about cause I have prett inconspicuous ones like behind my ear, on my wrist and in my back which my hair could have covered."

"The hotel looked really nice. The room was on the smaller size. It was convenient as it’s close to Osaka Station. A lot of dining options nearby."

"Even though staying in the hotel with a mini fridge, leftovers cannot be taken out. And no room service. But that is minor compared to how friendly the staff were and how nice the hotel was. "

"this has the worst breakfast i have had in a long time, no fruit, was frozen foods heated, plain yogurth and nothing to add to it, it was clean and in a good location, room was to small. we were a family of 4, everything in the bedroom was for 3 people, should not advertise a room that can fit four peaople and allow a reservation when you only put 3 single beds,we had the worst rest, no closet space at all, so i would not stay here again or recomend it, the other hotels that we stay in Japan in a similar price range with breakfast included where way better!"
