"The hotel itself was pretty much flawless, from the location and surrounding area to the facilities. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you’re a very light sleeper, you may hear some street noise at night since the hotel faces a main road, especially motorcycles or the occasional ambulance. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay."

"Great location. Quiet for night walks with so much access to many attractions and transportation. Definitely near luxury shopping. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Front desk staff are a bit stiff & unhelpful not all but most of them, especially the mid-morning shift."

"This is a really big restaurant with so many travelers from different countries. Everything goes smoothly during check in and out. Convenient transportation but still very hard to find everywhere, that’s due to this complicated area. The restaurant is fine, but next time I would like some quiet area. Unlike many same standard restaurants, they didn’t offer bottled water and cosmetic products."

"This hotel was exceptional in every way. The room was extremely comfortable, and the location could not have been better, situated right in a quiet business district, steps from a train station and a beautiful rose garden within 15 minutes of the hotel. There were also two other train stations within a 10-15 minute walk of the hotel. Little details made a huge difference during our stay. Having complimentary bottled water available in the lobby was a lifesaver on humid days. The room amenities were equally impressive: the shampoo and conditioner were high quality, the shower and soaker tub provided a wonderful place to relax, and the TV system even displayed real-time updates on laundry machine availability and remaining cycle times. Above all, the staff truly made our experience memorable. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They went above and beyond when they held our luggage before check-in and delivered our bags straight to our room once it was ready. We were pleasantly surprised by their thoughtful service and cannot recommend this hotel enough."

"We stayed for 4 nights and asked for room cleaning every other day ( only two times in our stay). They only changed the towels and cleared out the trash, but never changed the drinking cups we used."
