Very nice, small hotel and comfortable. It was convenient to the Amtrak train station. The restaurant served good foods and good drinks and had good service. The registration clerks and housekeeping staff were good. All staff members that I encountered were pleasant and greeted me. Whenever I come back into town and ride the train and need to be near the station I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were all pleasant and friendly! Bed wasvery comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and love that it was connected to The Florida Mall. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and I.

Yes the facility was amazing

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday this weekend and had a great time. The only disappointing thing was that my daughter left one of her birthday gifts in the room; when I returned an hour after checking out, they couldn't find it, and no one knew anything about it. In a situation like this, they really ought to be more responsible regarding lost items. Este fin de semana estuvimos celebrando el cumpleaños de mi hija y la pasamos muy bien. lo único que me desilusionó fue que a mi hija se le quedo unos de sus regalos de cumple año en la habitación y cuando regrese a una hora de haber echo el check out no pudieron encontrarlo y nadie sabia nada. en este caso deberían ser mas responsables en los artículos perdidos.
