The hotel is amazing and the people who works there are more amazing. We stayed for the all night party and Cowboy and Red Bull did an incredible job running the event. Lot of fun! Thank you Odalyss at the check in. She is very professional and always with a smile. Thank you Luigi and Ben at the pool bar. You make the best drinks! Thank you Giovanni and Francisco at management for always being so attentive and always asking how we are and making sure that we are always taking care of. Temptation is an unique place and an unique experience

The staff were excellent! We had issues (hot water and no safe), in our first room and they went out of their way to fix the issues. When this was not possible they moved us to another room, which was good. We so appreciated their help, friendliness and hospitality!
