Haus Imperial is Ideally located less than 5 minutes on foot from the Bahnhofstrasse, the village, the train station and the Sunnegga and Gornergrat departure stations as well as the bus for the Matterhorn Express with access to the whole ski area as well as direct access to Cervinia, Italy.

The apartment is an 85m" two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with twin beds in each bedroom and the possibility to add an additional foldout bed in one of the bedrooms. There is real wood parquet throughout and an outstanding view of the Matterhorn from the living room, the south balcony, and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is a large sit-in kitchen with a second balcony, and a full bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash hand basin.

We enjoyed our week long stay here. We never got tired of the great view of the Matterhorn! The apartment was clean and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and ski lifts. We had 2 couples so each had their own bathroom which was nice. We were able to walk to everything. Although there is no washer/dryer, it was easy to use a laundry service nearby (Mundizia). We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Zermatt!

This is a great property and I would definitely return! We had 5 total in our family and the apartment absolutely had enough room for us all. The location is perfect - so close to everything. Nicki was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions.

The condo is within easy walking distance to the train stations and grocery stores. A great view of the Matterhorn is visible from several rooms of the condo. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable, We will definitely rent this condo for our next trip to Zermatt.

Thank you Niki for having us, we absolutely loved this place and would book it again in the future. Super close to ski lift, train restaurants and grocery store. Also nikis recommendations for dinner and communication overall were fantastic. The place was alot bigger than expected. Ikon pass works everywhere on the mountain including the train to slopes (you can upgrade day pass to goto italy side)

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4. The apartment was very clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and nice balconies. The view of the Matterhorn from the living room and one of the bedrooms was an amazing treat. The location of the apartment is just a few minutes walk from the train station in a quiet part of town that is close to the main street. There are two grocery stores each less than a five minute walk from the apartment. Communication with Nicki was so easy. She made check in and check out a breeze, and was very accommodating and responsive Our family will definitely stay here on our next trip to Zermatt. Highly recommend!

Everything was good. No problem with apartment. Excellent location. All amenities were there. Nice place to relax with family. Plenty of games, Netflix and Amazon were available with your own login. Close to Shop. Lovely view of Matterhorn from one of the bedrooms. Nicki used to respond promptly to my messages and very helpful. Only problem was ongoing construction behind the apartment which Nicki had warned me about much in advance. If you like sleeping till late then you will experience disturbance early in the morning with banging sounds from construction site which is temporary. However later in the day is fine. Apart from that this apartment is ideal for families and I would highly recommend it. We had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed in Zermatt for 3 nights, together with another couple. The location of the apartment is wonderful and we could see the Matterhorn from our balcony/living room window every day. All the main parts of the village were easily reached on foot (bakery, shopping, gondolas, trains, grocery store). The apartment could use some updates - everything is definitely a bit dated, but we were comfortable and the place was stocked with all the necessities.

un très bel appartement, bien agence. Dommage que l'immeuble adjacent était en travaux de construction . Durant quelques jours nous fumes réveillés a 07.15 du matin, fait indésirable lorsqu'on recherche le repos. ce détail n'était pas mentionne dans l'annonce et la propriétaire n'a pas voulu en faire cas.

My family of two adults and 2 kids (16 and 13) had the perfect stay at the apartment. The apartment is located a short 5 minute walk from the Zermatt train station. The Main Street in town is also a 5 minute walk. The stations for the cable cars/trains to Matterhorn and Gornergrat are also within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near the apartment. The building is located in a beautiful, safe, and well lit area. The apartment itself is extremely well appointed. It was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for including a coffee maker with pods, hot water kettle, tea bags and all the dishes, pots and pans you could possible need. Everything was in excellent condition and the apartment was super clean when we checked in. There are two balconies in the apartment. Sitting on the couch in the living room, you could see the Matterhorn! The WiFi in the apartment was excellent and it has a nice size TV. Nicki, our host, was most helpful throughout. The communication with her was perfect from the moment we made the reservation. We reached out to her several times with questions about the town or looking for recommendations and she could not have been more helpful. Before we got to the apartment, she gave us very clear instructions on how to reach there and how to access the building & keys. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Zermatt again! Thank you Nicki for a perfect stay!

Well equipped kitchen, clean rooms throughout, good storage spaces, ideal location to lifts, shops and restaurants. The only thing missing was the laundry machine which we ended up using a laundry service in town. (My fault, I did not read the description carefully.) Will surely come back. Thank you!

This lovely apartment was immaculate and cozy, and the view of the Matterhorn was to die for. The owner, Ann, was very responsive, answering any question I had via email very quickly and nicely. She also had laid out valuable information in a booklet about restaurants and activities and left that in the apartment. The apartment was walking distance to anything you might want to do. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Zermatt.

Ann's apartment was absolutely perfect for our group of 5. The location could not have been better. We were so close to everything (supermarkets, train station, restaurants) AND had matterhorn views. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We were even kindly given early check in. We have found our new favourite property in Zermatt and will only stay here from now on! Ann went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and help us when we needed it. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a smart modern well equipped and clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a very convenient central location with great mountain views.
