Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 230 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway 450 m, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school, children's ski school 850 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house.
4-room apartment 63 m2 on 1st floor, south-west facing position. Simple and cosy furnishings: living room with TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Carpet. Large balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Perfect ski holiday in Zermatt

Fantastic location with best ski slopes in the Alps. The appartment was exactly as described with beautiful view on the Matterhorn. No bad surprises. Convenient ski storage on the ground floor.

Enjoyable stay for a small group

I stayed here in April of 2025 with a couple friends and we had a nice stay. The location was a short walk from the Sunnegga ski train and the main street downtown. There were some stairs leading up to the unit but it was very manageable, even with bags. The unit itself was clean and had plenty of room for us to hang out comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked except there was no dishwasher. To check-in we met the house manager who lives on a higher floor. Despite our language mismatch, he was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of the unit. Good value overall.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for the three of us (sleeps up to 5) and impeccably clean. Fantastic views of the Matterhorn from the balcony.The just met us when we arrived and in spite of a language barrier (we only speak English) the communication was fine.It’s a bit of a walk up from the train station but well worth it. We could stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Amazing Stay

Awesome three bedroom home in Zermatt. Two rooms with 2 twin beds and one room with 1 twin bed. Very clean. Easy walk to the main town. Host was very friendly and met us when we checked in. Would definitely stay here again.

Parfaite location pour un séjour entre amies et quelques jours à Zermatt ! Nous avons bcp aimé l'appartement, très bien situé, avec un balcon qui fait les 3/4 du logement et la vue spectaculaire sur le Cervin. Lits super confortables, literies aussi. Propreté 5/5. Cuisine bien fournie (il manquait juste une pâte pour nettoyer et une bouteille d'huile pour cuisine je dirais). Et l'hôte a été super du début à la fin. Nous recommandons ce logement !
