The perfect place to spend 3 days in Zermatt. Kitchen had what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Laundry facilities, which was greatly needed. Beautiful view of the town of Zermatt and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Rental office very responsive and great to work with. They scheduled a taxi for us at a discounted rate when we arrived and left. Love this place!

Our stay was simply perfect and we would come back anytime ! The condition of the apartment was great, the kitchen had everything one could need, it was clean and quiet! My teenager loved the mezzanine! We walked from and to train station since we only had a carry-on and a backpack, and everyday for our activities and doing groceries. The views were great from the living room or the balcony of the bedroom. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful apartment and nice location that is still a short walk from the glacier paradise terminal or the train station in the central area. I’d recommend taking a taxi to the house upon arrival in Zermatt as the trek to the house is uphill and can get cumbersome with luggage. The loft we had in our top floor unit was fantastic…though the lack of a handrail and odd shaped stairs can make it a challenge getting down. Having access to a kitchen and a laundry room was also very clutch…though in both cases…figuring out how to use some of the appliances had a steeper learning curve than I would have expected. In short…we really loved our stay and are looking forward when we come back

Great apartment for our family ski trip

This was the perfect location to spend quality family time on our trip to Zermatt. Walking distance to everywhere and a nice well stocked kitchen, lot's of living space.

The entire experience at Casa Delle Stelle was amazing from beginning to end, and the support received every step along the way was exceptional. The apartment itself was perfectly located and walking distance to everything. It had enchanting views overlooking the village of Zermatt. Its modern, spacious and well-equipped interior was delightful. Tanya from the team was a charming and warm host, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Her care for her guests made a huge impact, and I recommend this property most highly, and thank Tanya for making the stay really special.

They have misguided me with different property photos while booking, but after check-in I have realised it’s not the one showed on Expedia. I am very much disappointed and I am happy prove this with property photos and videos I had check-in. I am expecting a full refund for this.

Very spacious, modern apartment. Fully stocked kitchen. Balcony has a great view to downtown Zermatt. Short walk to downtown. Ski bus stop servicing Matterhorn paradise gondola is a couple minutes short walk up hill. Not too bad carrying skis and walking with ski boots. The ski room is spacious and convenient.

We stayed in Apartment 4 on the first floor. This apartment DOES NOT have a full mountain view to the Matterhorn, but faces the road. The apartment was very beautifully decorated with modern alpine furnishings, very comfortable sofa bed, and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is moderately equipped to cook simple meals with some pots/pans and few spices. We had to buy our own paper towels as none were provided. Dishwasher was out of order. Parents bedroom was small, but contained a wardrobe. The mattresses were extremely soft. Too much for our liking. The area is within an easy walking distance to downtown Zermatt, but quiet enough and away from the main street. Good location overall. On the day we left, we were allowed to keep our luggage in the ski storage room, which was convenient as we went out for the day.

Wonderful stay.

We stayed for three nights. We had two adults and two kids. The apartment was in perfect shape. It hade 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and the bathtub was very spacious, which I liked much. The living room was also large and cozy. The view from the property faces mountains and was pretty. The kitchen was also very clean and spacious so it was easy to cook every morning and evening. At the ground floor, there was a big heated ski room so the next day we was able to wear dry ski boots. The distance from the ski lift was not very far which did not took so much time to go. I would definitely like to stay at this property if I would visit Zermatt again.

Property was great and very comfortable! I loved having a kitchen and cooked dinner a few times was very convenient. Beds and bedding were very cozy and extremely comfortable. The rain shower was very nice after a long cold day outside. This apartment had everything we needed would stay again in the future!
