"This is a very nice hotel in a good location.rooms are a good size and spacious. Our only issue was the AC. We always book rooms with AC but here the hotel controlled when it was available. Once it was on you could adjust the temp in your room. The hotel did provide us with some fans which really helped but it was still disappointing. The AC did finally seem to stay on by the 3rd night after my wife complained again. The staff were very nice, i think the issue was due to how the building management team programed the availability of AC. Even though it was mid April, some hotels have “winter mode” which regulates the necessity of using AC."

"The hotel was really nice and enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful especially the concierge. They arranged our train tickets even thought it was a hassle. We appreciated the room upgrade and would definitely stay at this hotel again"

"Hotel location is good, just 1-2 minute walk to the Metro station. Room was clean and spacious. Staff friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet with local and Western options. We stayed here for 5 days, quite disapppointed as the most of the menu items are the same every day. Hotel offered free afternoon tea too. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Good service and Good location. "
