"Dated but nice hotel. I checked in about midnight, but the young man on duty was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. There was even really good water pressure. "This is a very good budget hotel and an affordable alternative to more expensive hotels in/near the city centre of Lübeck. We had the family room with a sofa converted to a bed for our son. There is a quick and frequent bus connection to the city centre. Rooms are equipped with kettle and coffee/tea. The road next to hotel is busy, but there is good sound insulation and darkening through electric window shutters. Be aware that due to the low price there is no staffed reception, but electronic check-in and creation of the door cards. For problems, a nearby hotel reception can help."
