"Stayed with my family for a meet up half way between to spend time near DFW. Property was good. We wanted a pool. The pool was warm and fun to swim in. The hot tub was not super useful as it didn’t really have a spa mode that I could figure out for evening soaks. But the rest of the property did the trick. The neighborhood was great. Great primrose trail nearby to get some running or walks in if desired. "

Overall the host was incredibly nice and easy to talk to on the phone, but for an introvert who wanted a private, peaceful stay, this wasn't it.* Not a mansion - stained carpet and overt religious decor in most rooms diminished the luxury feel* No swimming pool waterfall without asking the host* No heat in the hot tub without asking the host -subject to additional fee for 4-hour blocks of hot tub being heated.* Two bedrooms were almost unusable - very difficult to enter * Frequent communication with host is almost necessary, so a private peaceful stay was a no* Kitchen is filthy - all pots and pans in cabinets were dirty, gnats in kitchen cabinets*Rules sent 24 hrs before check-in, clean the whole place before check-out or risk EXTRA cleaning fee *QR code in theater room to pay for snacks and drinks on site with note saying they're all counted.* Inaccurate pics - there isn't a room with two twin beds, there is no piano* No curtains in Master Bedroom-bring an eye mask if you want to sleep past dawn.* Home is directly in flight path of DFW airport departures, with at least 2 loud plane passes per hour during my stay.* 7:30AM alarm on weekdays in upstairs bedroom* Unfinished decking in back yard is a dangerous hazard. Pool was lovely if you can ignore the security cameras watching you Location great-close to park and shopsNugget ice machine - GREAT!"

"**3/5 Stars** The house itself was a good size for our large group, which we appreciated. However, there were several downsides that impacted our stay. We paid extra for an early check-in, but when we arrived at the designated time, the housecleaner was still there. This was disappointing, especially since we had paid extra for that convenience. There’s virtually no yard, and the warehouse directly across the street was quite disruptive. Guests staying in the bunk rooms had trouble sleeping due to the noise and bright lights. Additionally, the numerous signs and messages warning of fines and removal from VRBO if we didn’t follow certain rules (like parking in designated areas or being outside between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) felt unwelcoming. On our final day, we received a notice instructing us to strip the beds and take the linens and towels downstairs to the laundry room. We've never been asked to do that before, and it wasn’t a pleasant way to end our vacation. Overall, while the house was spacious, the strict rules, lack of outdoor space, and unexpected chores made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped."
