No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy

music coming from the pool was very loud and could be heard very clearly on the 11th floor all afternoon when in the room When added to the construction noise it made being in the room before 6PM difficult with a 1yr old trying to nap.

We didn’t use the air conditioner but the room is old, light in the bathroom was out. The room stunk of old cigarette. The bed was too soft and they had plastic covering the mattress.
