The staff is not even smiling and gave us a mobility room which is not for us, the front desk lady not friendly and rude.

You really do get what you pay for, and while Circus is economical, it’s not worth it. Spend a little extra and go to the middle if the strip. This hotel needs a major face lift. It's dated and dingy and too far south on the Strip to be much fun. Their little tram is useless.
