"If you’re relying on laundry that it SAYS they have, they don’t have any. They tell you to walk down the street. And they did not care that they say they have laundry facilities on Expedia. Also the elevator was broken when we were there and there was a huge line to go up."

"Excalibur room was decent and smoke free, the casino was not well vented and smelled strongly of smoke. There was an abundance of children everywhere…which is weird for Vegas. And the sales guys are overly aggressive on the casino level."
