"I stayed there 9 years ago, it’s so much worse. It was awful this time. Dirty, humiliating and noisy. The air made the bathroom sliding door vibrate so loud we had to shove towels in it. $380 a night. My god is this what NYC feels travelers deserve for their money?"

"The hotel was ok but the fact I stood more than 4 days not once did they come in a clean my room or anything I either had to call front desk for towels and stuff or see the cleaning ladies outside and throw my garbage away…."
