We found that bed was wet with urine when we arrived at the hotel. Clearly someone has soiled it and the houskeepers had changed the sheets but not replaced the mattress. We compained and were moved immediatly.
British Airways cancelled my flights to Ireland and completely ruined my 4 planned days in Belfast and Dublin. Every service EXCEPT Blooms Hotel refunded my payment: flights, theatre tickets, train tickets and Belfast Hotel. Blooms Hotel refuses to refund me for the 2 nights I could not be in Ireland, let alone Dublin. This is NOT my fault and Blooms hotel does not care.
Charged us extra $40 a night because we had 3 people even though I booked a triple room. The employees were not nice to us at all. Asked for help getting a taxi and they let the taxi leave without us. Horrible experience.
