Staff was very nice and the room was clean with all the amenities provided, they also decorated the room for our anniversary which was very nice of them. The hotel breakfast was also amazing and much better value for money then any surrounding places. There is a bus stop and several taxis right outside the hotel.
The bathroom door was quite awkward and wouldn't close fully. There is also a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms since they are quite close together.

Amazing reception service by Malik! Excellent breakfast service by Rachel, Kim, Maria and catered for our Halal dietary requirements throughout. Delicious food.
Amazing view from our room and daily room (morning and evening) service.
Just wished the spa/swimming pools would open past 8pm and kids could stay later past 5pm.

Had a brilliant 3 night stay at the resort, really enjoyed. Had sent an email of praise to the staff for the wonderful service. Would definitely go back again..
Have reached out via the same email to a member of staff *Reservations Executive to advise of a few issues noticed during the stay. Tables during breakfast not being cleared away quick enough and not being wiped down sadly. Steam room didn't work and the jacuzzi performance was poor. Loose floor short blocks in the spa.
A good thorough deep clean needed of an absolutely stunning hotel *pool sun loungers, lift mirrors, our room at least on the 5th floor and balcony eating area.

The stay was really good, friendly staff and kind people overall. The only reason I have a 4* is because of a partly not so nice experience in one of the restaurants with the service there (not the food at all as I quickly left afterwards and ordered my food online instead)
