Older property. Smells. Old A/C seems to recycle cigarette smoke, dirty carpet and chemicals. Will never stay here again.

The Grand Suite was amazing. We were on the 33rd floor with a view of the strip. Lots of room for us and even guests visiting. We really liked the mini pool table and used it often. The Prestige Lounge was very worth it. Check in was very fast and no waiting in lines. We got some nice champaign as a welcome and overall the staff was just amazing. They were very attentive to our needs and helpful on every front. The Prestige Lounge had breakfast everyday which was like a notch above what you might get at a continenental breakfast at typical hotel, but with some great coffee and juice options. We really only bought dinner on a few days because the breakfast and early evening snacks kept us satisfied unless we wanted to have a proper dinner. The entire experience was beyond our expectations and made for a wonderful 25th Anniversary experience. I would only bring up one negative and that is the electric charging situtation. The charger debited my card for almost $50 and the charge was only 20% on my Tesla model Y. I ended up just unplugging and moving the car to a normal parking spot and hitting the Tesla charger on my way out. Would have been nice to have a reliable charger to use and one that didn't take my money and provide almost no value.

Needed to open another pool and needed more staff to accommodate the weather being so nice. Room was great and hotel was clean

The room was beautiful . Big room with big balcony overlooking the Belagio fountains and the strip. Plenty of food options to choose from as well.
