We had a pleasant experience at TI. We received very good costumer service at check- in. Our room was also comfortable. They offered plenty of elevators, so we never had to wait. We received a map and some good coupons also. So many restaurants and a nice pool area. The LOCATION is spot on for the strip. Thank you TI for making our stay a great one!

hotel should have waist bands for people over 21. didn't feel comfortable walking around with my passport for ID checks at the bar/Casino and swimming pool .

The area around the property is very pretty, I liked the garden, the fire pit, and the pool. I also liked that the village is right nearby so we were in walking distance to all the Fourth of July activities and a bunch of restaurants. However, the property is in deep need of a renovation. The entire hotel smells like stagnant lake water, especially in the lobby. The AC does not circulate very well. The lobby is quite warm while the corners of the hotel are cold. Our room wasn’t what we expected for a Hilton. The furniture is very dated. The sink had a pile of dirt sitting in it. The cups near the coffee maker had clearly already been used. The room was advertised as being near the garden but the side door actually led to a pet relief area. Pretty disappointing. I was also underwhelmed with the spa amenities. There are no co-ed spaces so my boyfriend and I ended up not even using the sauna. The staff however was very pleasant and responded promptly to our requests. We chose to focus on the good aspects of the property, but we are likely not going to stay here again.

All the chairs are taken at the pool and all the available ones have note saying VIP reserved and it's $100 to reserve one. I wanted to reserve and none were available. Basically if you don't wake up early in the morning to reserve your poolside chairs you cannot use the pool.

Wonderful stay! Convenient to the Sphere! Room was spacious & clean, staff could not have been more helpful. The smoking in the casino area was hard to get used to, but was primarily limited to that area. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay just wish they had self park option. Valet lines are hectic at checkout.

Nice rooms but heard they took coffee machine out several months ago. So buying coffee very pricey. Restaurants are good
