"I didn’t want to write this review and it’s been two weeks since my stay. But after two emails and no response, I’m not left with much of a choice.
We arrived as a large group for my nephews wedding. It was 82 degrees and our room’s AC wasn’t working. After about an hour of maintenance trying to fix it, we were told it could not be fixed so they brought us some fans and Robert at the front desk said they would switch our room the next day and credit us for the inconvenience. Next day came and...
"The room was fine, breakfast was cool but it was just ridiculous having to pay for parking per day when we had already spent $700 there. Really wish at that price that I would’ve just stayed somewhere else for three days."
"We absolutely loved our stay at Rancho Caymus! The hotel is so cozy, and has such a nice atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, with lots of unique little details that make the place feel really special.
The staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We were celebrating my birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Thank you for making our trip so special. We will definitely be back!"
"Super cute old house a 15 min walk from downtown. Lydia the inn keeper was so kind and thoughtful, and her breakfast was homemade and delicious! As is noted in the listing, this is a 100+ year old house with much of it's original charm, meaning no elevator and creaky stairs as much as it means a gorgeous parlor with games and seating area. I stayed in Madeline's Suite and loved spending my time on the balcony and enjoying the huge jet bath tub. Certainly a highlight of my time in Napa!"
