Lady on reception was lovely and saw to us quickly.
The room was okay and had everything we needed. Decor was a little tired.
There was a strange smell in reception and then the lifts.

Very nice room, comfortable and relatively new building kept spotless. Decent amenities. Close to a number of the smaller music venues at the west of Sauchiehall Street with lots of places to eat too. Only a 15 minute walk to Buchanan Street.

Really nice hotel close to everything, staff was really friendly, we opted for the lounge access which was great to have and chill, great selection and snacks, nice to have them in the room as well
