Breakfast was good fresh and great healthy options. The staff was polite but not very helpful. You ask for help with an early departure for breakfast that you paid for and they were like sorry you should have made plans before kitchen was closed. Maybe I could have had I known it wasn’t going to be available. I had a few other experiences like that but occasionally I got a helpful peron nd they were pleasant and very helpful.

You can walk pretty much anywhere. Very local.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was welcoming.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of a lot of the sites we wanted to visit and easy walking distance to public transit, but not right in the middle of the action. The view outside was lovely, and the lobby and courtyard provided a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were particularly gracious. I would absolutely stay here again!

Situated right on the canal- we went swimming in the am!

The staff were fantastic, so helpful, and always willing to make sure you were comfortable. Appreciated the help with luggage throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, the location is the best in Copenhagen.
