Front desk was very helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Couldn’t really go to the bar or restaurant because the wait staff was very scarce and hard to find. Even wanted to stay at the bar to watch a sport event and they would not put the event on the TV so had to leave and find another location. Property needs some TLC outside

The room was beautiful, great location, and friendly staff.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saint Sulpice - the area was central to many sightseeing spots and is in the heart of Old Montreal which is absolutely beautiful. The room and hotel itself were fantastic; clean, spacious, and modern. The only downside we felt was some of the staff; a majority of them were very accommodating and kind but we felt a some unnecessary coldness from a few of the reception staff. Overall, we had a great first time in Montreal and Hotel Saint Sulpice and would recommend to anyone.

The building was elegantly restored and beautiful. The room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, and the temperature control was excellent. The terrace had excellent food and drink. The staff were friendly and helpful, with suggestions, directions and maps. We had the best time, and would definitely stay there again.
