The resort as a whole was excellent. We loved the restaurants and the pool. The staff was wonderful! Very clean! We surged for a penthouse to enjoy the stars with the ceiling shades that retract but sadly less than half of them worked. Other than that it’s was a great stay!

"Great location. We arrived by train and it was a quick funicular trip down from the station and the hotel is right there. Rooms are small but they have everything you need. The staff are super helpful and we even received blocks of Swiss chocolate on arrival, which was a nice touch."

Ok but....
"The pluses for this apartment is the view, the beds, air conditioning and the garage. The property has a great view but is not lakeside so a bit misleading. I always read reviews before booking, and had noticed comments about lightbulbs, shower, etc. As these comments were made as far back as 2 years ..."
