The venue was very nice in terms of location and space. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only bad experience we had was about the quality of guests, was bringing the excellent level of service to its lowest level. The hotel must consider avoiding offers to companies with lowest rate ever. It brought the level of service to the unexpected level as. The management should consider accepting more foreigners and Egyptian families. The staff were amazing and were doing their very best to please all of us since we were all coming from countries Across the oceans.

Rooms are clean and well looked after, hot powerful shower, staff are extremely friendly. Fantastic breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes and pancakes and a large selection of cheese, meat and fruits / yoghurts etc. mansoud ( probs spelt wrong) was an exceptional member of staff- I think he was the head chef, he always looked after us and made us feel welcome.

I enjoyed the shaded pool areas, numerous beach chairs and floating devices. Also the ice Spanish latte by the pool tasted amazing . My room was cleaned perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind from baggage carriers, dinning and excursion trip guides. One thing that could add excellence would be an iron in the room . Other than that I had a marvelous time
