There was a bad smell around the hotel inside and outside. The food was ok, and there were some bugs inside the buildings. It was extremely hot and humid inside most bathrooms and elevators. This hotel is good for partying and having fun with friends, not so good for family vacations and relaxation.

All Restaurants dinner no reservations. First come first served. Plenty of food and drinks for everyone. Beach has sea weed which is inconvenient but it’s act of nature.

Las 2 primeras noches que estuvimos se activó una alarma insoportable que duró más de 1 hora (entre la media noche y la 1:30 de la madrugada). Cuando llamamos a pedir que hagan algo nos trataron pésimo. La atención del staff es muy variada, hay gente muy amable y gente que te atiende mal.

This is my second time arriving at Ocean Blue. My family and I loved it! It is family-friendly, but it also has things for adults. I love the activities it has to offer, the food, and the staff. The bartender Alfonso and many others were amazing! They always refilled our drinks and ensured we had a great time. I appreciate Jesus from the Steakhouse restaurant. He noticed that my boyfriend loved the steak and offered another. Ismael, the concierge, had helped my family and me with reservations at some restaurants and ensured we were updated with the activities and events that were going on throughout the day! Overall, this place is amazing! Thank you!

Too much property staff roaming about continuously.

Clean, thoughtful staff, great follow through, plenty of activities available on the property that were fun and engaging. My husband and I will definitely return for a visit, which is not something we often say about our past vacation spots.

We loved the stay. Really wish pool hours were longer. Closes at 6..way too early for that beautiful weather! When I’m on vacation I would live at the pool. Omar our butler was amazing. Decorated the room for my birthday.
