The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Service was great. Our only issue was that the AC didn’t work the first two nights that we were there but hotel maintenance stopped by to fix it after we brought it to their attention.

The area was accessible to public transport and was only 15 mins to the town of palma and costs 2 euros each way. It costs 20 euros from the airport. The hotel rooms were clean and had a nice view of the sea. The staff were friendly and happy to help. We came in April so the pool was very cold but we still had a great time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, they had a lot of options, and every night they had a themed dinner. Overall, our stay was excellent. Happy to recommend to family and friends.

Staff were helpful and friendly.
The evening buffet was not worth for 20 Euros at all. Vegetables soggy and poor food quality as if leftovers were being served.
Rooms had insects/bugs crawling in ceiling.

Some of the staff very friendly,others not.swimming pool closed at 6.00,to early for when you come away from beach,as very hot.pool shared with other hotels and only 14 sunbeds for 3 hotels.some I wouldn't trust to lie on.
Unfortunately the road outside had bins,there was a lot of rubbish.Not hotels fault, although didn't make it feel inviting.Hotel needs a facelift,plus would be nice if maybe plants against the road side,as to not seeing road and traffic going by.
